How do I order?
To order an item shown on this website, click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button on the product page. When you have finished shopping, click "Check out" or if using Google Checkout, select the "Google Checkout" button where you will be redirected to your chosen payment provider.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment for orders online using the following:-
Paypal - A safe, reliable and quick way to make payments by credit or debit card over the internet. Paypal does not charge customers a fee for the transactions made on our website.
Google Checkout - With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from us and many other stores across the web. If you have used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us. If you are using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There is no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usersnames and passwords each time that you buy from different sites. When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorised purchases. Cheque - You can also pay for your order by cheque or postal order payable to “Rose Garden Accessories”. If you elect to pay by Cheque or Postal Order, please post your cheque or postal order to the address on the your Order Confirmation, ensuring you quote your order number.
How can I order a different colour/size?
All items are made to order, so if you would like your item in hot pink, your wish is our command. You can add this information to the box marked "Order and Delivery Comments" when you check out. Alternatively, you can use the “Contact” form or telephone us to discuss your requirements.
When will I receive my order?
All our items are made to order and are normally despatched within 14-21 days (depending on the time of year, it may be quicker than this). If you need your item earlier than this, or have a specific date you need your item by, please contact us before placing an order to check that we can accommodate your timescale.
What are your postage and packaging charges?
UK postage and packaging is dependent upon your order total, for orders less than £30, postage is £2.95 via First Class Mail, for orders £30 to £100 postage is £4.95 for First Class Recorded Delivery, and for orders greater than £100 postage is free. All orders above £30 in total will require a signature upon delivery.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, or the item is faulty, please return it to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days of receipt stating whether you require an exchange or a refund. Provided the item you wish to return is in its original condition and in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund within 28 days of receipt of the item by us.
We are unable to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
Please note that customised orders, bespoke orders or items which have been tailored to your individual style requirements, are non-returnable.
We use only Swarovski crystal in our pieces. Swarovski (Austrian) Crystal is considered by many people to be the finest quality, full-lead crystal made today. It contains a minimum of 32% PbO, making the crystal optically very pure. The crystal is then faceted with tremendous precision, creating beautiful prisms. Brilliant colours and/or coatings are added to these crystals to create pendants, stones, and beads of dazzling beauty in a tremendous variety of shapes and sizes. Swarovski Crystal is unmatched in quality and distinction. We also use freshwater pearls, Swarovski pearls, sterling silver components and gold and silver plated wire. All of our products are made and finished to a high standard, but as all of our designs are handcrafted, slight variations can sometimes occur between the items you see on our website and those you receive. No two products are identical. Colours may also vary slightly due to the settings on your monitor. This is particularly true in the case of our handmade silk flowers - no two flowers will ever be identical.
All of our products are delivered beautifully packaged in gift boxes at no extra cost. If your purchase is a gift, a handwritten gift card can be included with your choice of wording at no extra cost.
Over time Sterling Silver can tarnish from exposure to air. You can help to avoid discolouring by keeping your jewellery in the acid free tissue paper packaging provided. Should any discolouring occur, gently apply a silver cleaning cloth. Keep your jewellery dry as getting stones wet may cause discolouration. Store items in their individual gift packaging to avoid items scratching, tangling or tarnishing. Many of our designs are delicate, so treat them carefully. Never squirt perfume when wearing your jewellery, and protect tiaras or headdresses from hairspray, as this can significantly dull the sparkle of crystals and discolour natural stones and pearls.
